If you need to retrieve your account password, you can submit a password recovery application online as follows:
1. On the user login page, click "Retrieve Password"
2. Enter the user name you used to register and submit the application
3. After submitting the application successfully, you will receive an email with the subject line "Tikabuy retrieve password Email"
