1.What are the payment methods?

Ⅰ. Tikabuy supports the following payment methods:

1. Balance payment (using account balance to pay)

2.PayPal payment (the handling fee shall be subject to the specific payment amount)

3. Alipay payment (no handling fee)

4. Google Pay/Apple Pay Payment

To reduce exchange losses, it is recommended that you use the balance to pay.


Ⅱ. How to recharge the balance of Tikabuy?

Tikabuy offers various ways to top up:

1. Paypal recharge and international credit card recharge

1)Paypal recharge supports four international cards (VISA, Master, American Express, JCB Card) and some national bank cards;

2) No matter what currency account is used, Paypal payment is converted into US dollars;

3) According to the latest exchange rate published by the bank, we will make irregular real-time adjustments according to the changes in the bank exchange rate;

4)  Paypal will charge a handling fee of 3.5%+0.3$ for recharging.


2. Alipay (Alipay)

1) Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading independent third-party payment platform in China, founded by Alibaba Group.

2) There is no handling fee for Alipay recharge, and there may be a delay of 1-60 minutes.


3. WeChat Pay (not yet open)

1) The built-in payment function of WeChat, an application developed by Tencent, is based on fast payment with bank cards, and users can complete payment through WeChat;

2) You only need to bind your bank card on WeChat and complete the identity authentication, and then you can pay and recharge. When paying, you only need to enter the password on your mobile phone.

3) There is no handling fee for WeChat recharge, and there may be a delay of 1-60 minutes;


Ⅲ. Refund fee

If you want us to refund you by bank transfer in China, you must meet the following conditions:

1) You have a valid bank account in China;

2) Your original transaction or payment must be remitted to our account by offline bank transfer;

The refund fee depends on your receiving bank, and different banks have different fees.

Exchange rate: RMB is directly received, and the exchange rate is not involved.


Arrival time: it depends on the arrival time selected when you transfer money, and it is generally real-time.
