7. What are the precautions for receiving packages?

1. Before signing, check whether the outer package of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight

2. No matter whether the outer package is found to have obvious damage or torn traces, it is necessary to check the goods in front of the Courier before signing, and make remarks on the waybill for signing or directly refuse to sign if there is a problem

3. If there are damaged or missing packages that have not been signed in front of the Courier, please keep the outer packing box (including the sealing tape) and feedback to the local post office within 2 days after signing (subject to the delivery time of the logistics provider's website), and provide the invoice of the goods, physical photos and other information to contact us to apply for compensation to the post office for you

4. The normal receipt of the goods marks the end of the transit process, and our company will not be responsible for any situation that occurs after the normal receipt of the goods

5. If there is any problem after the package is signed, please give feedback to customer service within 72 hours

Disclaimer clause

1. Fragile goods, fragile goods packages, regardless of whether to choose to strengthen the packaging, are only involved in loss claims, not damage claims.

2. Dangerous goods and contraband are not included in the claim (e.g., compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquid, acid and alkali corrosion products and other national contraband).

3. Losses or expenses caused by natural wear and tear, essential defects, characteristics and the rise and fall of the market price of the goods shall not be involved in the claim.

4. All or part of the losses caused by bad weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, flood and other natural disasters during the transportation of the goods shall not be involved in the claim.

5. Goods due to weather, customs clearance time and other force majeure factors, resulting in the expiration of the shelf life, warranty period, delivery cycle, etc., are not involved in compensation.

6. Due to customs reasons, you need to cooperate and assist in relevant operations (including but not limited to the payment of customs duties), but you refuse to cooperate so that the package cannot be delivered according to the time limit promised by the transport service provider, resulting in losses, responsibilities and consequences shall be borne by you, and the transport logistics provider shall not assume any responsibility.
