Storage period of commodities
1. The storage period of normal packages for purchasing and transshipment is 180 days (about 6 months). Starting from the order status of "warehousing", you will receive an email reminder from the system when the expiry date is about to expire. However, if the parcel waybill is not submitted or no feedback is given after 180 days, it will be regarded as abandoned goods.
2. The period of abnormal parcel (i.e. the situation where the warehouse has signed for the parcel or has not completed the logistics information) is 30 days, which starts from the order status of "signed for". Since such parcel cannot match the relevant order and the user, it cannot be reminded.
Related details:
1. Tikabuy shall be responsible for the storage of the goods during the storage period, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the storage scope (for example, the shelf life of perishable goods is only 1 month).
2. The destroyed goods shall not be prompted or informed.
