Purchase order inspection rules
1. After the goods arrive at our warehouse, the appearance of the goods will be inspected by professional quality inspection personnel, such as color, large area damage, stains, size, model, plate number, etc. (As with clothing, your product remarks or final changes shall prevail, the inspection shall be based on the size on the product label and tag, color difference and actual size errors are not within the scope of inspection.) ;
2. Electronic and digital products are special goods, the quality inspector only checks the appearance of the product, can not check whether the accessories in the sealed box are complete, can not open the product to check the quality problem (the quality inspector will send the arrival picture for the user to confirm the product);
3. You can ask for after-sales service when you receive the goods due to problems caused by inspection.
Transit order inspection rules
1. When signing for the package, if it is found that the outer package is seriously damaged and does not meet the receiving requirements of the goods, the warehouse staff will directly reject or return the goods.
2. If your package meets the signature requirements, the warehouse will unbox all packages for contraband inspection after receiving, and then weigh them into the warehouse.
3. If we find that your goods do not meet the requirements of transportation and air transportation, we will make a special mark on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return matter.
4. If you have not found the receipt information of the warehouse within a reasonable domestic delivery time (the general domestic delivery cycle is 3-5 days), please contact your sender/domestic logistics company or website customer service staff to confirm the status of the goods.
Warehouse inspection and warehousing instructions:
1. We will check and inspect the quantity, color, size and other specification information of the goods. After the inspection is completed, the original express box will be removed, and the goods will be packed in Tikabuy ziplock bags and arranged for storage. (Fragile, easily damaged, express box as a commodity packing box, and oversized goods still retain the original box, the specific situation is subject to actual operation)
Note:
a. color difference, size error, use effect, etc. do not belong to the scope of inspection;
b. Electrical appliances, digital products, peripheral products and other professional goods, the quality, model, spare parts, etc., are not within the scope of inspection;
c. "CD" and "hand" "adult products", such sealed packaging and goods with sealing labels or sealing strip inspection rules are not open inspection, can only check whether the appearance is damaged, the details of the interior or functional problems can not be specifically verified;
2. If the user requires the original box to be stored in the warehouse, the package goods will not be checked and inspected, only contraband checks will be done to keep the original box in the warehouse. (Except for special circumstances: if the original box is damaged, the visa will be refused for you or the box/bag will be replaced into the warehouse to ensure your rights and interests and the storage of goods). If there is any problem with the package delivered to the warehouse, please contact the sender to verify, Tikabuy will not be liable for the relevant compensation.
