4. Purchase order status

Pending payment:

The purchase order has been generated and is waiting for payment. You must complete the payment within 72 hours.


Not processed:

The order has been paid successfully


Order Pending:

The order was submitted and waiting for the shopping agent to verify.


Order Processing:

The order has been assigned to the buyer for review and is ready to be ordered from the seller.


Purchased:

The buyer has successfully ordered from the seller and is waiting for the seller to ship the goods.


Shipped (Local):

The product seller has shipped the product and is waiting for the product to arrive at the Tikabuy warehouse


Delivered:

The goods have been delivered to the Tikabuy warehouse and signed for, waiting for inspection.


Stock arrived:

The goods have been inspected and weighed, waiting to be put into storage


Stored in the warehouse:

The product has been stored in the Tikabuy warehouse and can be submitted for shipping at any time during the free storage period of the product.


Clear Balance:

The actual purchase cost exceeds the original order payment. The user needs to pay for the difference before further purchasing.


Invalid:

The product name and price are inconsistent with those submitted by you, the actual product has no pictures or descriptions, virtual products, prohibited products, etc. will be considered invalid orders.


Order withdrawn:

If the user applies to cancel the order and the order is returned due to reasons such as the seller or customs policy, the product payment will be automatically refunded to your Tikabuy account.


Refunding:

The product is out of stock or the user applies for a refund, and the seller will refund the corresponding amount.


Returning:

Tikabuy successfully negotiated the return with the seller and shipped it to the seller. The refund is pending for the seller to receive the goods.


Returned:

The return refund has been completed and the return payment has been refunded to the user's Tikabuy account


Exchange in progress:

Tikabuy successfully negotiated with the seller to exchange the goods and is currently processing the exchange.


Separated to ship:

There are multiple items in the same order, and the seller sends them out multiple times. The items are waiting for shipment by the seller.


Confirmation pending:

During the ordering process of the product, the buyer has information that needs to be confirmed with you.


Expired:

If the product exceeds the storage period or you give it up voluntarily, the order status is set to "Expired" and the product is destroyed.


International delivery fee pending:

The package has been submitted, waiting for the package shipping fee payment


Processing:

This product corresponds to an international package. The payment has been successful and is waiting for the warehouse to be packaged and sent out.


Shipped (International):

The international package corresponding to this product has been sent


Completed:

You have received the item


 


Package order status

To be paid:

The package has been submitted and is waiting for payment. You need to complete the payment within 10 days.


Pending review:

You have submitted your parcel order, please wait for system confirmation


Verified:

The parcel you submitted has been verified, it will leave the warehouse soon. 


Leaving the Warehouse:

Your product(s) is(are) currently being sorted, they will leave the warehouse soon. 


Packaging:

Your goods have been shipped out of the warehouse and are being carefully packaged for you


Packaging completed:

Waiting for carrier pickup


Shipped:

The carrier has picked up the package


Order returned:

The package is returned because the recipient's name, address, and other information is incorrect or incomplete, the product contains items prohibited by the selected transportation method, etc.


Domestic returns:

The package was returned because it failed the domestic security inspection and has now been returned to our warehouse.


Return package abroad:

After the package arrived abroad, it was returned because it failed the customs security inspection or was not properly delivered. It has now been returned to our warehouse.


Confirm the receipt of goods:

You have received the package
